1. Q. Do I send everything with my shipped case?
A. Normally no, unless you think that that the case may get damaged in shipping. In this case please send impressions.
2. Q. Do I paint my dies?
A. We would prefer that you don't paint your dies as the digital workflow automatically creates the spacer. Also it is hard for the 3 D scanner to see the die without adding scan spray which creates additional spacer.
3. Q. What if I have trouble when sending a digital file?
